1. BINDING CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Welcome to teamhng.motorcycles (referred to as "the Platform", "the Club", or "Teamhng"). By viewing, browsing, registering on, or interacting with our digital interfaces, route descriptions, safety checklists, or gear guidelines, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately terminate your utilization of our digital files and refrain from registering for our events.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND RIDER PREREQUISITES

Participation in any physical caravan, route testing, group meeting, or training course organized by Teamhng within the territory of Finland is strictly restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity under Finnish law.
  • You must hold a valid, unexpired motorcycle driver's license (Category A2 or A depending on machine specifications) recognized legally by Traficom.
  • You must ride a street-legal, fully insured motorcycle that has passed standard safety and emissions diagnostics.
  • You must be in suitable physical and mental condition to operate heavy machinery in challenging weather conditions, including cold rain, strong winds, and gravel segments.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ASSET RIGHTS

All digital materials displayed across our domains—including route maps, custom vector logos, high-fidelity gallery photos, text layouts, responsive UI designs, stylesheets, coding scripts, and maintenance handbooks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Teamhng, protected by international copyright, trademark, and databases protection treaties. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to cache pages for offline reference. Copying, republishing, selling, or modifying any platform elements for commercial gain without explicit written consent from our Helsinki administrative office is strictly prohibited.

4. TOURING ROUTE INFORMATION AND EXTREME WEATHER DISCLAIMER

While Teamhng exerts immense administrative effort to compile accurate, realistic, and safe travel descriptions (including fuel coordinates, asphalt profiles, and road turns), all route details are provided purely for recreational reference. The wilderness of Finland presents natural hazard profiles that can shift rapidly:

  • Sudden rainfall, freezing morning fog, black ice, and early snow on Lapland highways.
  • Active wildlife hazards, including migratory moose and unpredictable reindeer herds common in dense evergreen forests.
  • Long stretches of isolated gravel terrain, road construction blocks, or sudden fuel station closures in arctic communities.

Riders explore suggested routes entirely at their own risk. Teamhng assumes zero liability for traffic violations, mechanical breakdowns, physical trauma, or property damage occurred during voluntary route exploration.

5. STRICT GROUP RIDING CONDUCT DECREES

Safety is the foundational cornerstone of our riding community. When enrolling in any physical group tour or seasonal meeting, all participants must strictly adhere to our conduct safety guidelines:

  • Mandatory Safety Gear: Every rider and passenger must wear certified protective helmets (ECE 22.05 / ECE 22.06 or equivalent), thick abrasion-resistant riding jackets with armor plates, riding gloves, and ankle-protecting boots.
  • Absolute Sobriety: Operating any motorcycle under the influence of alcohol, prescription drugs that impair coordination, or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy.
  • Road Rules: Aggressive stunts, high-speed overtaking inside double-solid lines, tailgating, and ignoring caravan sequence directives from designated ride leaders are ground for immediate, permanent expulsion from the club.
  • Environmental Care: Respecting local Finnish wilderness protection codes (Jokamiehenoikeus) and disposing of all mechanical waste, plastic containers, and tire debris responsibly is mandatory.

6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of Finland, Teamhng, its volunteer ride coordinators, safety officers, and digital administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform utilization, event participation, or reliance on suggested gear specs. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teamhng and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenditures arising from your violation of these terms or negligent operation of a motor vehicle during our meets.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and all relations between Teamhng and its users shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any unresolved disputes arising directly from these agreements shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).
